All orders are processed within 24 hours (sometimes the same day)
Delivery times are given as an indication and we decline all responsibility in the event of delay by the carrier.
Delivery times:
Belgium: 1 to 2 working days Bpost or 3 working days Mondial Relay.
France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands: 3 to 5 working days Mondial Relay.
Spain, Italy, Portugal and Germany: 5 to 6 working days Inpost.
Delivery costs:
Shipping costs are free for all orders over €60 in Belgium, France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands and over €120 for other countries.
Belgium:
- Bpost home delivery: €6.90.
- Mondial Relay at a relay point: €3.90
Luxembourg and the Netherlands:
- Mondial Relay at a relay point : €4.50
France :
- Mondial Relay at a relay point: €5.90
- Home delivery: €16.50
- Home delivery: €10.60 (for orders over €60)
Spain, Portugal, Italy and Germany :
- Inpost to relay point : €7.90 .
For Mondial Relay deliveries, the choice of relay point can be chosen after payment.
